Abstract

El Centro Recreativo Del Día ubicado en la ciudad de Guayaquil, fundado desde hace 3 años brinda servicios dirigido a los adultos mayores que buscan hacer actividades de recreación en sus ratos libres con personas de la misma edad permitiendo mantener la salud física y mental de los usuarios. Sin embargo, no ha tenido la acogida necesaria de usuarios por la ausencia de promoción, publicidad y poca inversión impidiendo tener una comunicación directa con el mercado potencial impidiendo que el público sepa que no solo el lugar es donde se asilan sus familiares sino también un centro recreativo para adultos mayores en donde sus seres queridos pasarán momentos agradables, libres del aburrimiento y rutina, logrando que ellos se sientan más felices durante su estancia en el mismo.
