Abstract

Los principios deontológicos, éticos y morales de una persona que se preocupa por una sociedad más efectiva comienza desde el cambio propio, tomando en cuenta que cada valor, costumbre adquirido en la vida diaria es importante para la vida profesional, el presente documento, abarca el análisis de ética profesional aplicada a las empresas y su competencia, tomando en cuenta en este análisis al departamento de mantenimiento e ingeniería, agentes externos como son los pasantes a los cuales se ayuda para su nivelación en sus estudios, analizando el impacto que tiene la empresa, propietario, trabajadores, ingenieros, pasantes, para su función tomando en cuenta su misión y visión para la sociedad.
