Abstract

El presente documento se ha realizado para mostrar la relación que existe entre el desempeño profesional eficiente y la ética personal-profesional. A partir de experiencias profesionales del autor, así como teoría propuesta por varios autores dentro del campo de la ética y la moral En el trabajo diario, una persona se puede ver inmersa en aspectos que ponen a prueba la ética profesional y personal.
