Abstract

El siguiente documento está enfocado al desarrollo de conceptos de ética y deontología orientados a los vínculos laborales entre directivos y obreros, la función que cumple cada uno de los personajes los cuales están sujetos a derechos u obligaciones no por exigencia más bien por un deber. Se hace énfasis en que dentro de toda organización siempre va a existir conflictos los cuales pueden ser colectivos o individuales, dichos conflictos son el resultado de ineficiente aplicación de normas y conceptos que vuelven propensos a todos quienes conforman una comunidad.
