Marketing estratégico para el posicionamiento del servicio delivery bonjour en el sector norte de la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se fundamentó en el problema de posicionamiento presentado, para los servicios que ofrece Delivery Bonjour, este servicio es producto del emprendimiento de una estudiante de la Universidad Vicente Rocafuerte de la ciudad de Guayaquil, este servicio no es nuevo, ya que ofrece estos servicios desde algunos años atrás, No obstante, sus ingresos, poco a poco han sido afectados de manera significativa debido a que no se puede entregar los pedidos a tiempo en las horas de congestionamiento, porque no contamos con clientes del mismo sector y es por eso que se pretende posicionar este servicio en un lugar donde hayan personas con la necesidad de este servicio y puedan llegar a ser buenos clientes a futuro; por esta causa se hizo un análisis, por medio de un Marketing Estratégico para conseguir el posicionamiento de este servicio delivery, informando a las personas que habitan en la ciudadela “La Alborada†del sector norte de Guayaquil, los servicios delivery y los productos que se oferta.
