Deontología aplicada a la contratación y administración pública

Abstract

El presente documento hace referencia a la aplicación de la deontología en el ámbito laboral y como se procede en un proceso de contratación pública y administrativa. La contratación se hace referencia a la relación entre empleado y empleador además de proveedores o convenios entre instituciones los cuales están sujetos a procesos de transparencia los cuales deben ser cumplidos por parte de la institución pública o privada y un órgano regulador el cual audite que todos los procesos sean legales y velen por todos los participantes dentro del proceso. Se hace énfasis en cómo afecta negativamente a la institución sus valores de la democracia, ética y justicia que comprende el desarrollo para todos los actos de corrupción dentro del proceso de selección y administración pública.
