Deontología aplicada a problemas de salud relacionados con la soldadura

Abstract

El presente artículo nos presenta un análisis profundo según la visión deontológica en cuanto a peligros encontrados en el personal de soldadura de la industria y hace énfasis en la concientización de ambas partes tanto colaboradores como jefes y parámetros que estos deben tener para educar de una manera ética, moral y lograr un cambio de mentalidad en los colaboradores. Aplicando una innovación a las normas técnicas y aplicando a la deontología como principal actor al desarrollar un trabajo se puede reducir los riesgos que no son más que errores ocasionados por falta ética y moral, también se presentaran algunas de las causas más recurrentes y los peligros a los que los soldadores están expuestos, así como la disminución de riesgos para llevar un cumplimiento con el deber saber y hacer.
