Deontología aplicada al manejo de la información confidencial empresarial

Abstract

El presente artículo define el concepto de la deontología y ética dentro del ambiente de la confidencialidad en el manejo de la información, analizaremos cada uno de los aspectos importantes de la confidencialidad, orígenes, cual es la relación entre la confianza y el secreto profesional. Además, se mencionará algunos casos puntuales donde se observará los deberes y derechos de los actores en los cuales deben conservar la confidencialidad en su más alto nivel, diferenciar que es el ser profesional y los resultados en el caso de faltar a la verdad y principios éticos de un individuo frente a un ambiente profesional donde rige un código de ética y términos legales en el caso de romper el compromiso del manejo de la información confidencial empresarial.
