Deontología aplicada a la seguridad industrial

Abstract

La deontología profesional aúna deber, ciencia, y bajo su amparo se definen normas que, desde la perspectiva de la moralidad, guían y evalúan las opciones que tienen un grupo de profesionales, indicando las más correctas. La cultura de la organización es la traducción de sus valores en comportamientos, símbolos y sistemas y, por eso, puede beneficiarse si se decide recogerlos en un código deontológico que ayude a guiarlos. Desde el punto de vista de la seguridad industrial no es ético proporcionar accesorios de seguridad de bajo costo arriesgando la integridad del trabajador, cada empresa debe tener su norma de seguridad para que sea implementado en cada área de trabajo.
