Abstract

El presente Proyecto tiene como objetivo Social Media Marketing para mejorar la afluencia de clientes en la cancha de césped sintético el Campín, que está ubicada en el norte de la ciudad de Guayaquil en la Cdla. La Garzota Mz. 99 Solar #7-10, sector que cuenta con una gran afluencia de personas, en el desarrollo del proyecto se detectaron falencias que afectan el desempeño normal de sus actividades tales como el incremento de la competencia directa en las periferias de “El Campín†; falta de presupuesto por una mala organización de los accionistas; poca clientela en los horarios de la mañana; su mensaje y objetivo principal no llega al grupo objetivo ya que se contaba con escasa publicidad y promoción.
