Abstract

El proyecto se orienta a realizar un plan de negocio para la creación de un bar restaurante con cerveza artesanal en la Vía a la Costa, basándose en todos los antecedentes de desarrollo del sector, pues se ha observado que existe escases de bares-restaurantes que ofrezcan cervezas artesanales en sus menús, por lo que los habitantes de la zona deben buscar otras alternativas adyacentes o acudir al centro o norte de la ciudad de Guayaquil, donde hay puntos estratégicos en la venta de este producto.
