Abstract

Al carácter multidimensional e integral de la seguridad alimentaria y nutricional, le es imperativa una política pública que contribuya al desarrollo sostenible y equitativo. Bolivia, se destaca en el diseño e implementación de políticas que promueven el desarrollo rural favoreciendo los diferentes componentes de la SAN. La evaluación de diseño de dichas políticas resulta instrumento que contribuye a la construcción de estrategias regionales para avanzar en la solución de dicha problemática, por lo que la evaluación de la coherencia entre los diferentes elementos que estructuran el Plan del Sector Agropecuario y Rural de Desarrollo Integral para Vivir Bien (PSARDI) 2016-2020, constituye objetivo esencial del trabajo, desarrollado mediante la utilización del enfoque filosófico del materialismo-dialéctico y el análisis documental.
