Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación fue realizado con la finalidad de establecer si un plan de comercialización y distribución podría tener un impacto positivo en la Distribuidora de lácteos Peñafiel ya que en los actuales momentos existe una alta competencia en la industria de lácteos, cambios vertiginosos y frecuentes con el ingreso de nuevas marcas a menor precio; por lo tanto, es necesario prever situaciones y anticiparse a ellas, implementando estrategias y planes de acción que permitan obtener óptimos resultados.
