Abstract

La empresa TRANSULLOMOR S.A. dedicada a la prestación de servicios de transporte ha presentado problemas en la determinación del costo de sus servicios, por lo que estos han sido fijados de acuerdo con la comparación del precio de competidores y considerando la experiencia del gerente. Esto ha provocado que el precio establecido por los servicios prestados no logre cubrir el costo invertido en ellos. Siendo indispensable la determinación de un costo con el fin de evaluar la situación financiera de la empresa, se ha visto necesario realizar la presente investigación que permita considerar las variables que influyen en la determinación del precio de los servicios.
