Abstract

En Cuba, en las condiciones actuales de la economía, es imprescindible la utilización de las modernas técnicas de gestión, como una de las vías posibles para el desarrollo del país; es por ello que, a partir del V Congreso del Partido comunista de Cuba, se llamó al perfeccionamiento de la gestión estratégica empresarial y al empleo de técnicas avanzadas de dirección.
