Plan de negocio para la creación de un gimnasio familiar en la parroquia Pascuales

Abstract

Este Artículo presenta los puntos necesarios para la creación de un Gimnasio Familiar en la parroquia Pascuales demostrando que es viable generando así la oportunidad de emprender un proyecto productivo con la finalidad de ayudar a las personas a mejorar la salud, siendo sus Objetivos, elaborar un estudio de mercado para determinar gustos y preferencias de la población, Diseñar estrategias para competir en el sector de los Gimnasios, Determinar los recursos necesarios para este tipo de servicio, Analizar la inversión y sus beneficios económicos. La investigación se justificó mediante el objetivo 3 y 9 del plan nacional del buen vivir en cual indica “Mejorar la calidad de vida de la población†y “Garantizar el Trabajo Digno en todas sus Formas†(SENPLADES, 2013), con la creación del Gimnasio se proporcionarán fuentes de trabajos. Una vez acogida del negocio se detalló tipo de negocio, estrategias, imagen, recursos necesario para su funcionamiento además de un análisis de viabilidad económica.
