Plan logístico de exportación para la empresa Expomar, producto camarón hacia el mercado de Barcelona-España

Abstract

Elaborar un plan logístico es importante porque mediante este se planifica el lugar convenido, lugar de embarque, hora, personal, entre otros para poder efectuar el cargue y descargue de la mercancía sin afectar al producto. De este modo se minimiza recursos y riesgos para la operación logística puesto que al ser un producto perecible se debe tener mucho cuidado para que no sufra daños durante el traslado. Debido a lo antes expuesto, cabe mencionar que se realizó un estudio para la elaboración del plan logístico con la empresa Expomar la cual se dedica a la producción y venta local de camarón, la misma que tiene como visión exportar sus productos a nivel internacional con la finalidad de maximizar sus ventas, por ende obtener más utilidades. Por ello como estrategia de crecimiento se propuso implementar un plan logístico puesto que este contribuirá al cumplimiento del objetivo que se ha propuesto la empresa.
