Auditoría a cuentas por cobrar de la compañía SISTELESA S.A

Abstract

La empresa SISTELESA S.A. se dedicada a la importación, venta, distribución y comercialización de aparatos eléctricos de alta calidad destinados al sector industrial. Desde sus inicios las actividades se fueron desarrollando conforme se iban ajustando a las necesidades del mercado, así como en el cumplimiento de los organismos reguladores de control, poniendo de manifiesto la capacidad de responder administrativa y financieramente de la manera más diligente posible. Este crecimiento acelerado, ha ocasionado que el aprendizaje en la dirección sea empírico y que se vayan relegando actividades principales para ir respondiendo oportunamente las más urgentes, por lo que los propietarios consideran que existe una debilidad en la gestión de cobranza, lo cual ha incurrido al aumento de las cuentas por cobrar y la disminución de sus ganancias por falta de políticas claras con respeto a la asignación de crédito a sus clientes, así como de las actividades para lograr una cobranza efectiva y disponer de flujos recurrentes. Con la finalidad de poder efectuar un análisis integral de la situación actual de las cuentas por cobrar la empresa SISTELESA S.A., se realizó la investigación.
