Manual de procedimientos para el área de compras de la compañía ORODELTI S.A

Abstract

Las empresas en la actualidad operan en mercados globalizados y se enfrentan a nuevos cambios sociales y tecnológicos además de competir constantemente para ganar espacio en el mercado, debido a esto, es necesario manejar un adecuado control de las operaciones y optimizar recursos para un desempeño eficiente y eficaz en todas las áreas de una empresa. El presente trabajo se desarrolla en la realidad de la empresa Orodelti S.A. dedicada la producción de bananos de exportación, desde hace más de 50 años, sin embargo en la actualidad se ha identificado la ausencia de un manual de de procedimientos adecuados para la gestión de compras, por ello se ha considerado trascendente la elaboración de un manual de procedimientos, aplicando la metodología de investigación descriptiva, con el fin de analizar y describir cada una de las falencias en la administración y operatividad; de esta manera se buscó analizar e interpretar los resultados para luego proponer medidas necesarias en la empresa.
