Plan de exportación para productos cosméticos hacia el mercado de Alemania

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizó con el fin de proponer un plan de exportación para la empresa Botania, de la ciudad de Guayaquil, provincia del Guayas, cuya propietaria, Marielisa Marques Gutiérrez cuenta con una fábrica que opera al 100% en Chongón y la matriz en la Cdla. Kennedy, dispone de un producto natural, sin recurrir al uso de químicos, para una línea capilar que es el shampoo de romero, con cobertura sólo a nivel nacional. La empresa cuenta con productos de alta calidad, pero no cuenta con una visión de comercio internacional, esta situación no les permite ampliar sus mercados. El fin de esta investigación es proponer un plan de exportación hacia Hamburgo – Alemania del producto de shampoo de romero y demostrar la factibilidad de la internacionalización de la marca Botania, a través de estrategias de promoción, segmentación de mercados, procesos logísticos y análisis financiero.
