Abstract

Se ha planteado un Programa de Fidelización de clientes para Importadora Automotriz Villalba Giler Cía. Ltda., con la finalidad de establecer un vínculo intenso, estable y duradero con sus clientes, consiguiendo rentabilidad a largo plazo. Los métodos, técnicas y herramientas utilizados en esta investigación fueron: Método descriptivo, exploratorio, sondeos de opinión, encuestas, entrevistas y cuestionarios.
