Emprendimientos, una alternativa para el desarrollo del Ecuador

Abstract

Según (Osorio, 2015) la importancia del emprendimiento para una persona y para el país es evidente. Los altos niveles de desempleo y las reducidas remuneraciones incentivan a los trabajadores a lograr su independencia y estabilidad económica. De manera similar ocurre en el ámbito de los gobiernos que, al darse cuenta de que la oferta de mano de obra es mayor al crecimiento de la economía, preparan programas de apoyo para que los trabajadores inicien sus propios negocios y colaboren con la creación de nuevos puestos de trabajo.
