Importancia de obtener los certificados sanitarios en los productos alimenticios procesados para poder exportar desde Ecuador hacia países de la Unión Europea

Abstract

El presente artículo indica la importancia de presentar los certificados sanitarios en el momento de exportar cualquier tipo de alimento procesado a un país que forme parte de la Unión Europea, que constituye uno de los principales mercados a la hora de exportar productos, por la cantidad de países que agrupa, tomando en cuenta que estos países solicitan requisitos específicos que otorguen seguridad en el consumo de los alimentos importados.
