Abstract

Uno de los factores para el crecimiento lento, en una organización, es la ausencia de un diagnóstico de líneas de productos que comercializa la empresa. Esto acarrea, en primer lugar, desconocimiento del stock (ADN de la comercialización de la empresa), falta de proyección en las ventas y, por ende, la imposibilidad del ampliar en longitud y profundidad el stock de productos. Es el caso práctico de Gold Monkey Licorería, una empresa que se ha venido desarrollando de manera empírica en el mercado.
