Exportaciones del aceite de aguacate extra virgen en Ecuador

Abstract

En el presente análisis se da un enfoque en cómo es la producción, los beneficios que brinda y la comercialización del producto Aceite de Aguacate Extra Virgen en el mundo. En Latinoamérica se destacan países como México quien es el principal exportador de Aceite de Aguacate a nivel internacional, le sigue Chile, Colombia y Ecuador. Estos países dedicados a esta producción se encargan de la transformación de la variedad del aguacate Hass y Fuerte la cual es procesado bajo el método de cold press (prensa de frio) para así convertirlo en aceite la cual es extraída del mismo. Estos países tienen distribuciones a diferentes continentes los cuales cada país alcanza a los miles o millones de toneladas a exportar este producto que compite con la variedad de aceite que existen a nivel comercial como lo son el Aceite de Oliva, Palma, Soya entre otros.
