Abstract

La presente investigación “Estrategias de administración del tiempo en la secretarias de la empresas de servicios†tiene como finalidad diseñar Estrategias de Administración del Tiempo en la Secretarias de las empresas de servicios lo cual es de gran importancia ya que permitirá identificar las tareas con déficit de rendimiento y productividad en la secretaria e identificaremos las porciones de tiempo sobre las que se puede llevar un control para de esta manera mejorar el rendimiento y desempeño eficiente del personal dentro de la empresa. Se utilizó un modelo para mejorar la administración del tiempo y su uso efectivo en la realización de tareas, considerando al tiempo como un aliado para el logro de objetivos y metas empresariales; experimentando la priorización entre actividades importantes y urgentes, teniendo como propósito considerar no solo el tiempo dedicado al trabajo, sino también la calidad del mismo.
