Estructura del patrimonio y su presentación en los estados financieros

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación que se lleva cabo tiene como objetivo analizar la estructura patrimonial y su presentación en los estados financieros de la empresa Comercial General Cogen Cía. Ltda. El objetivo principal es brindar a la compañía Comercial General Cogen Cía. Ltda. la información o datos necesarios con respecto a las leyes y normas que se deberá regir para presentar sus cuentas patrimoniales de forma razonable, la cual les ayudará a que presenten sus estados financieros de forma concisa y que a futuro se evite llamados de atención por los errores u omisiones que existan en los mismos. Cabe destacar que una vez que la estructura patrimonial este valorizada razonablemente y conforme a las leyes, se les podrá proporcionar confianza en la información entregada a los socios para que ellos tomen sus decisiones en la posterioridad.
