Abstract

La presente investigación es conocer sobre la producción de la empresa se relaciona con el uso adecuado de recursos humanos y materiales para la creación de su producto. Es, por consiguiente, un proceso en el que una serie de entradas (factores), se transforman en salidas (productos), las actividades que lleva a cabo la función de producción son útiles para la empresa, en tanto en cuanto son generadoras de valor.
