Abstract

El Estado Boliviano adoptó hace 12 años un modelo económico, el cual actualmente ha entrado en una crisis muy seria, donde persiste el doble déficit gemelo, déficit fiscal y comercial en los últimos años, frente a una modesta inversión pública, esto en el contexto de una situación muy particular, donde se privilegia el afán político de la prorroga presidencial a la agenda económica, recordemos que este modelo económico instaurado, “ capitalismo de Estado†está vigente desde hace 12 años, del 2005 al presente, el cual fracaso en su mayor reto que era lograr la industrialización del aparato productivo nacional, mencionar además de que este modelo estatista está muy lejos del modelo económico pro mercado antagónico al nuestro instalado en Chile y Perú por ejemplo, pero cuyas economías son vigorosas e influyentes en toda la región.
