Revisión teórica de propuestas de herramientas de mejora continua para los sistemas de ventas empresariales

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se plantean propuestas de mejora a través de herramientas de mejora continua para el sistema de control de ventas de una empresa, para tal efecto se hace una revisión teórica de los principales conceptos administrativos necesarios para su implementación y se proponen cinco cursos de acción de las principales metodologías para la mejora continua organizacional más aptas para el tipo de organización y específicamente para el sistema de control de ventas.
