Abstract

Dentro del presente trabajo de investigación se muestra el diseño de políticas de crédito y cobranzas para incrementar la liquidez de la compañía Ucicorp s.a., y así mejorar los procesos que implican en este departamento empresarial. A lo largo del documento por medio de diferentes capítulos se expondrá la situación problemática de la empresa, así como el levantamiento de información que se realizó para corroborar la necesidad de resolver las actividades que tienen que desarrollar para el crédito y la cobranza. En la propuesta se muestra la posible resolución del problema, el cual se plantean estrategias para poder realizar cobros y el control de pagos de una mejor manera.
