Análisis de la deuda externa pública y la inversión en educación en el Ecuador. 2010-2015

Abstract

Este proyecto estuvo enfocado en el análisis de la deuda externa pública y la inversión en Educación dentro del Ecuador, esto desde el año 2010 al año 2015, incluyéndose en los resultados el año 2016 para un mayor aporte. La finalidad del análisis fue conocer cómo ha influido la deuda en la inversión educativa, empleando para ello un método de investigación que involucró un estudio descriptivo con enfoque cuantitativo y determinando así la situación actual del problema, revisando la información económica del país y centrándose en los montos de la deuda externa, los préstamos solicitados para educación, el producto interno bruto PIB y el presupuesto general del estado PGE. Mediante este análisis se pudo conocer que no se han cumplido las expectativas en la inversión destinada a este sector según la Constitución de la República del Ecuador y que el monto de la deuda en relación al PIB corresponde al 26,04%, siendo 40% el límite recomendando por lo que se considera elevada, cerrando este análisis con las conclusiones y recomendaciones en base a los hallazgos.
