Indicencia del fideicomiso inmobiliario en los créditos hipotecarios del banco BHD-León en el municipio de Santiago, República Dominicana

Abstract

Los antecedentes del fideicomiso se ubican en las operaciones de Roma y Alemania. El objetivo general de este artículo es determinar la incidencia del fideicomiso inmobiliario en los créditos hipotecarios del Banco BHD- León en el Municipio de Santiago. Como instrumento de recolección de datos directos se diseñó una entrevista a miembros del Banco BHD-León. Entre los principales resultados, podemos citar que la influencia del fideicomiso inmobiliario en la creación de proyectos con créditos hipotecarios del banco BHD León en Santiago de los Caballeros no ha tenido mucha incidencia, debido a que la tasa de interés ofrecida por esta institución es poco atractiva frente a la competencia. Así, los beneficios que ofrece la Fiduciaria BHD para los adquirientes son sumamente significativos, puesto que les proporciona transparencia y seguridad de la inversión en el proyecto donde compra su vivienda; como seguridad de la destinación específica de los recursos entregados.
