Abstract

En este artículo se busca dar respuesta a una pregunta básica de cualquier familia, empresa o gobierno de un país, sobre que bienes producir o que servicios ofrecer y en que proporciones. Para esto se hace un rápido recuento de las principales contribuciones que aparecen en la evolución del pensamiento económico, así como en las artes y técnicas para el análisis económico y financiero de proyectos. Particular énfasis se da al caso del Brasil
