Abstract

A farinha é um produto originalmente brasileiro, consumida em todo território nacional de acordo com os costumes de cada região. Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar o consumo de farinha na região metropolitana de Belém, previamente expondo um contexto geral do produto analisado. Os dados foram coletados por meio de formulário, aplicados pelos alunos do curso de Relações Internacionais da Universidade do Pará, em consumidores da região metropolitana de Belém.
