Abstract

El Ecuador es un país democrático y ha pasado por varios procesos políticos y legales en los dos últimos siglos, por diferentes etapas que han permitido el desarrollo de país en todas sus formas, sobre todo en lo que respecta a materia tributaria, el desarrollo ha sido muy cambiante, los impuestos han evolucionado constantemente, dependiendo de la época y de las connotaciones políticas de cada uno de los gobernantes a los que les haya correspondido ejercer el poder en su momento; este trabajo e investigación y análisis de las dificultades políticas tiene como principal objetivo comprender el desarrollo tributario del Ecuador y entender el porqué de algunos impuestos, tasas o contribuciones han desaparecido en lo largo de la vida republicana del Ecuador y así mismo como otros han sido establecidos para el bien de la sociedad.
