Estudio de factibilidad para la exportación de mermelada de pitahaya endulzada con Stevia al mercado italiano

Abstract

Este tema surge para dar a conocer la carencia de un estudio de factibilidad para la exportación de mermelada de pitahaya. El Ecuador ha realizado la exportación de este fruto en forma entera y en otras presentaciones como pulpa congelada, sin embargo, no se ha elaborado un producto final como lo es la mermelada de pitahaya, es por esto que se tiene como objetivo analizar la oportunidad de exportación.
