Diseño de una línea de servicios de reclutamiento y selección de aspirantes a cargos ejecutivos en las Pymes

Abstract

El presente proyecto busca plantear una propuesta de una línea de servicios que ofrezca a las Pymes una alternativa eficaz para la contratación de su personal, con principal enfoque a cargos de mandos medios y altos. Luego de la investigación Teórica y aplicación de una encuesta a 228 PYMES de la ciudad de Guayaquil, se pudo establecer que la propuesta es justificable. Los lineamientos de la línea de servicios detallados en la presente investigación podrían ser ejecutados en la selección de aspirantes.
