Estrategias empresariales para un entorno económico de bajo crecimiento en el Ecuador

Abstract

La economía mundial ha sufrido varios altibajos debido a factores interdependientes entre los países con afectación al producto interno bruto ecuatoriano, inflación anual, balanza comercial, dinamismo empresarial; lo que conlleva a las empresas a gestionar de forma significativa sus recursos ya que el comportamiento de los consumidores se relaciona con el poder adquisitivo del dinero, por lo que la presente investigación tiene como finalidad a través del método de investigación cuantitativa y tipo analítico sintético, demostrar el entorno económico poco dinámico establecido en el Ecuador desde el año 2012, y su incidencia en la rentabilidad de las empresas, resultado de ello se plantean estrategias administrativas y financieras en la unidad económicas para apaciguar el impacto y optimizar el valor.
