Determinación de factores socio económicos que inciden en la sostenibilidad de las unidades productoras, proveedoras del sistema de contratación pública en la provincia ecuatoriana de Bolívar

Abstract

En la región se hace referencia una nueva forma de desarrollo. Ecuador reconoce estas agrupaciones apoya su progreso y sostenibilidad mediante normativas y la creación de instituciones articuladas con el sector público y las Unidades Productivas. Sin embargo, no se cuenta con un diagnóstico in situ y el impacto frente al sistema de contratación inclusiva como herramienta de las compras públicas. Se plantea la investigación tomando 66 unidades proveedoras de bienes y servicios registrados en este sistema en la Provincia de Bolívar.
