La gestión de calidad en el servicio y la rentabilidad

Abstract

La información económica y financiera se ha constituido en la base primordial para que los administradores adopten decisiones adecuadas que les permitan determinar el grado de cumplimiento de los objetivos y metas empresariales con una correcta utilización de los recursos humanos, materiales y financieros. En este sentido, la auditoría de calidad ofrece a las organizaciones confianza sobre la eficacia de su sistema de gestión de la calidad y la capacidad para cumplir los requerimientos del cliente, lo cual garantiza un incremento en la rentabilidad, dado que el crecimiento empresarial depende en gran parte de la mejora continua. Se incorporan conclusiones detalladas producto de la evaluación de la gestión de la calidad de acuerdo con las deficiencias encontradas en la aplicación de los indicadores, con el fin de facilitar la toma de decisiones y obtener una rentabilidad acorde a los objetivos y metas institucionales.
