Telemarketing para el incremento de clientes de talleres Soldafrio del Ecuador en la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

El presente estudio fue realizado con el fin de Implementar Telemarketing para el incremento de clientes en TALLERES SOLDAFRIO DEL ECUADOR en la ciudad de Guayaquil. Debido a varios factores analizados en el capítulo uno, los ingresos de la empresa en mención se han visto afectados por varias falencias internas, las cuales pueden ser solucionadas aplicando las herramientas del Telemarketing, ya que esta herramienta puede ser aplicada desde una PYME hasta en grandes empresas, el costo de implementación es bajo y su rentabilidad es alta ya que en la mayoría de los casos ha incrementado la cartera de clientes de manera significativa para toda empresa.
