Análisis de la cooperación en la cadena de suministro láctea en Riobamba, provincia de Chimborazo, Ecuador

Abstract

La cadena de suministro láctea está integrada por ganaderos, distribuidores, empresas productivas y comercializadoras de la leche. Cada actor de la cadena debe dar al producto el mayor valor añadido al costo mínimo. Por esta razón, el objetivo de este trabajo fue analizar la cooperación de los actores de la cadena láctea en el cantón Riobamba, provincia de Chimborazo. El análisis refiere elementos que permiten perfeccionar el proceso de toma de decisiones en respuesta a la complejidad, flexibilidad e importancia que supone la cooperación para alcanzar los objetivos de la cadena de suministros. Los resultados alcanzados permitieron exponer acciones para mejorar el proceso de toma de decisiones y la cooperación.
