Cálculo de costos de producción y precio de venta del litro de leche de vaca en el Ecuador

Abstract

Nuestra investigación, se la realizó en la asociación de mujeres “Nueva Esperanza†del cantón Chunchi, provincia de Chimborazo de la república del Ecuador, por cuanto existe una organización de mujeres que han invertido en la compra de vaconas de vientre de la raza Holsteinfriesian mejorada para la producción y productividad de leche; y cuyo objeto, es mejorar sus condiciones de vida, por cuanto los problemas que enfrentan son debido a la falta de ingresos económicos, pocas oportunidades de trabajo, presencia de animales de poca producción entre otros.
