Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación gira en torno a un componente específico de los costos del proceso productivo de la empresa bananera Corpmundo S.A.: la mano de obra, debido a las deficiencias que se evidenciaban en el uso de este recurso, por lo que, en miras de proporcionar una solución a este problema, se realizó un estudio del trato que se le da a este costo a lo largo del proceso productivo, se plantea como objetivo conocer cuál es el impacto que tienen estos costos en la gestión financiera de las organizaciones de esta naturaleza de tal forma que les permitan a los gerentes tomar las decisiones oportunas que conlleven a las mejores decisiones económicas para la organización.
