Abstract

El próximo proyecto de titulación trata sobre la gestión de los fondos financieros y su incidencia en la liquidez en la empresa Corpromecua S.A. La empresa Corpromecua S.A. es una constructora, que tiene como actividad principal la construcción y comercialización de unidades habitacionales. La Constructora Corpromecua S.A. inició sus actividades como una empresa que solamente prestaba sus servicios de asesoría técnica a otras empresas constructoras y es aquí en donde surge la idea de empezar con la construcción y promoción de proyectos inmobiliarios cuyo principal producto es la oferta de viviendas en la provincia del Guayas, satisfaciendo la demanda de clase media debido a los costos del producto en la Urbanización “La Martina†en la ciudad de Duran.
