Estrategias comerciales para mejorar las ventas en tiempos de crisis crediticia en Autolasa

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar las estrategias comerciales necesarias en tiempos de crisis económica que cursa el país. Para alcanzar este objetivo fue necesario fijar como meta el aumento del cinco por ciento en las ventas proyectadas para cinco años. Sin embargo, se consideró las estrategias comerciales en función de un análisis FO-DA-DO-DA. Los resultados de las mismas fueron positivos y fundamentados en análisis de costo beneficio de un flujo proyectado.
