Importancia del comercio electrónico en las organizaciones

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo determinar la importancia del comercio electrónico en las empresas, el cual consiste generalmente a toda relación comercial e intercambio de información llevado a cabo por medio de internet que se concatena en el desarrollo de acciones de mercado, ventas, servicio al cliente, gestión de cartera, gestión logística .Este trabajo se fundamenta en base a una revisión bibliográfica de artículos científicos, libros para la reflexión y análisis de información muy relevante. En la actualidad el comercio electrónico se ha convertido en una herramienta con gran éxito para el mundo de los negocios gracias a la apertura y facilidad de acceso al Internet, elimina las barreras geográficas, hecho que permite llegar a clientes de todo el mundo según sea nacional o internacional dependiendo del destino que se le dé a la transacción, además obliga a las empresas a realizar cambios en las estructuras, incorporar nuevas tecnologías, modernizar los procesos de producción y comercialización, todo ello con el objetivo de acceder a nuevos mercados que por la vía tradicional no son posibles y a al mismo tiempo se requiere una formación adecuada de todos los miembros.
