Abstract

Según (Münch, 2010) administrar es un proceso a través del cual se coordinan y optimizan los recursos de un grupo social con el fin de lograr la máxima eficacia, calidad, productividad y competitividad en la consecución de sus objetivos. Es por eso la importancia de administrar las empresas de forma técnica y en especial es importante conocer qué es y cuáles son los modelos de gestión aplicados.
