Costos por órdenes de producción y su impacto en la rentabilidad de la empresa AROMALI S.A

Abstract

Las empresas del sector acuícola requieren de controles eficientes para optimizar sus costos operativos con la intensión de maximizar sus ganancias. Entre estos controles están los costos por órdenes de producción que permiten ejercer una mayor optimización de los gastos y costos para un mayor beneficio económico de la organización. Además, ofrece la oportunidad a la gerencia de tomar decisiones a partir de los informes financieros en que se vean reflejados los costos operacionales para una gestión organizacional eficiente. Esto es lo que se pretende establecer en la empresa Aromali S.A. dedicada a la producción y comercialización de camarón, donde la gerencia necesita contar con información confiable y oportuna sobre los costos de producción para la toma de decisiones eficientes.
